How do I know if my product is eligible?
Sign in to your account and go to System to see if your product is marked eligible.
Can I get credit if my product is not eligible?
No. This program is intended to help owners of older products upgrade their systems to enjoy the latest features and experiences.
Can I upgrade more than one eligible product?
Yes. You will receive credit for each eligible product you choose to upgrade. Some exclusions apply.
Is something wrong with my eligible products?
Not at all! This program is entirely optional and simply our way of saying thanks to our loyal and longest-time listeners who want to enjoy the latest Sonos experiences.
Why should I upgrade?
Upgrading ensures you get the latest features and experiences.
What happens when I upgrade?
Once you sign in to your account and select an eligible product, your account will receive a credit for up to 30% off. You can use your credit immediately or save it for a future purchase. It does not expire.
How long will it take to receive my credit?
Your credit will be activated as soon as you confirm you would like to upgrade and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Where can I see the credits I have available?
You can review all your available and used credits on the Offers page of your account.
What can I purchase with my credit?
Your credit applies to a single regular price product or set on sonos.com, excluding limited edition products, refurbished products, and third-party accessories. If you upgrade Bridge, your credit will only apply to Boost. For more information, please review the Terms and Conditions.
Can my credit be applied to multiple products in a single order?
A single credit will only apply to a single product. If you have multiple credits, you can use them for an order containing multiple items. Any credit will automatically apply to the most expensive item(s).
Can I use a single credit to purchase a speaker set?
Yes. Discount will apply to the full retail price of all included products.
Can I combine my credit with other promotional offers?
Credit cannot be combined with other offers or promotions on sonos.com unless otherwise stated.
Can I keep my product as part of my system?
Yes, you can continue using your product.
Can I resell, gift, or donate my product?
Yes. The next registered owner will not be eligible for the Upgrade Program if you have already activated your credit.
Can I send my product back to Sonos?
Yes. Sign in to your account to request a prepaid shipping label.
How should I package my product for return?
Pack the product(s) in an appropriately sized box. Affix the prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any UPS location. You do not need a Sonos box or the original packaging.
Does my credit ever expire?
No. You can use your Upgrade credit at any time.
If I send my product back to Sonos, will it be resold?
No, we do not resell these products.
